I usually don’t have the time or care enough to write reviews, but this situation really bothered me. Most of the nipple rings and tongue rings I looked at seemed defective because the screws were jammed and wouldn’t properly unscrew. I brought this to both the employees’ and manager’s attention and physically showed them the defective nipple rings. What really bothered me was seeing the same jewelry get put right back on the shelf afterward for somebody else to buy and deal with. If a customer brings a defective product to your attention, especially body jewelry, it should be removed from the shelf and checked—not knowingly put back for the next person. The staff also didn’t seem very educated about the body jewelry they were selling. This isn’t just about wasting money; jewelry that can’t properly open or close can become a safety issue once someone puts it in their body. The way this was handled was extremely disappointing.
